A little bit about our company:

At The Hill Group we are looking for talented individuals who are driven to succeed. We are currently in a period of growth and are looking to develop our team during this exciting period. We work in four niche markets namely: Automotive, Aerospace and Oil & Gas industries.

Our Managing Director, Sandra Hill has regularly received the ‘Billing Manager of the Year Award’ in Europe and has twice been honoured with the ‘Service to the Network Award’, from her fellow Managers in the International community.  

Our office has been established since 1994 supplying talented senior executives and specialist engineers to the niche sectors we specialise in.  We have developed a reputation for providing a great match in terms of skills, experience and cultural fit for clients and candidates alike.   With customers ranging from small and medium sized companies to global blue chip enterprises, we understand the ever increasing need for talented professionals in today’s workplace; individuals who deliver tangible results to the companies they work for.

We are more than just a number in an office!

We support each other completely in terms of sharing best practice and coaching, and believe in the motto, “Work hard, play hard”.   Whilst in the office, we work extremely hard to achieve both our client’s and candidates’ objectives and dreams, we also know how to unwind and fun together!!   We regularly get together (including our families) to have a fun, smile and laugh to fill a bath!!  Some of the activities we often indulge in include; Cosmic Bowling, family fun days, wine tasting, music workshops, attending charity events and raising money for charity, going to our local for a Happy Friday tipple, and of course, we’ll use any excuse to fancy dress!      


Your skills and experience can be utilised in our team’s two distinctive areas:

Business Development & Key Account Management

This person is our client facing role, creating and developing opportunities from their specialist market place. They are responsible for ensuring their colleagues have a full understanding of the client’s needs to ensure that we maintain our high success rate.

Executive Search Consultant

This person is responsible for the fulfillment arm, they will liaise with our research team and ensure that they are approaching, assessing and qualifying the right person to fulfil our client’s needs. This person is our clients’ Ambassador in the market place.

We have a clear vision where our business is going for the next 10 years we are expanding and working in areas of the market that has not been adversely affected by the economic situation. We have been able to diversify and respond to the ever changing needs of our client companies in this volatile market place. What help will you get?

As a new employee at The Hill Group you will be an important and integral part of the team you will have daily support meetings, mentoring from one of our top people in your field from one of our 2,500 staff within MRINetwork and regular coaching sessions every week with the Managing Director. All these factors will ensure your onboarding goes smoothly and you can make the impact you want to at the beginning of your career with us.

The MRINetwork training takes your career through various stages: Rookie, Intermediate and Mastery; you then have a continuous training programme through classroom, WebEx and Regional Meetings to add to your skills on a regular basis and through a clearly defined plan with your Managing Director. Your onboarding programme covers all elements of your first six months with us.


This is an important part of working in a busy sales office, in addition to having the ability to attend our Regional Meetings – generally held in a great city or resort like Berlin or Marbella we also have our Pacesetter Meetings for the Top Team in the whole of MRINetwork these are held in exotic places such as Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Bahamas, Los Cabos etc.  In our office we ensure that we regularly have lunch together, go for a beer (or glass of wine) after a hectic week at the office or ten pin bowling to really get our competitive edge going!
